Navic�ation. No activity may cause more than a minimal adverse effer_t <br /> on navi�at.ton. <br /> 2. Proper maintenence. Any striicture or fill euthorized shall be <br /> prorerly mainteined, inr.ludinq meintenance to ensure public sefety. <br /> 3. Frosion end siltation controls. Appropriete erosion and siltaY.ion <br /> controls must he used end maintained in effective operating condition durinq <br /> ronstruction, and all exposed soil and other fills must be permanently <br /> stabilized at i,he earliest precticable dete. <br /> 4. Aquetic life movements. No ectivity mey substantiellV disrupt the <br /> movement of tliose species of equetic life indigenous to the waterbody, <br /> includinp those species whirh normally migrate through the area, unless the <br /> activity's primary purpose is to impound water. <br /> 5. Equ.lpment. Neavy equ3pment working in wetlands must be piaced on mats <br /> or otlier measu:es must be tat<en to minimize soil disturbence. <br /> 6. Regional and r.ase-by-case conditions. The activity must�comply with <br /> any regional conditions which may t�ave heen added by the D3vision EngJ.neer <br /> (see 33 CFR 33U.4(e)) and any case specific conditions added by the Corps of <br /> Fngineers (Corps). <br /> 7. WiJ.d end scenic rivers. No ectivity ma,y occur in a ccxnponent of tlie <br /> National Wild and Sr.enic River System; or in a r.tver officially designated hy <br /> Congress as a "study river" for possible inclusion in the system, while the <br /> river is .t� an ofFicial sludy status. Information on Wild and Scenic Rivers <br /> m�y be obtained fr.om the National Park Service end the U.S. Forest Service. <br /> A. Tr.ibal, ri�hts. No activtty or its operation may impeir reserved <br /> tril�al r.iqhts, i.nr,ludinn, I.wt not limited to, reserved water ri,yhts and treaty <br /> fishing and huntinq ri�hts. <br /> 9.
