The <br /> following report contains our findings and presents our conclusions <br /> and preliminary recommendations. <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> The purpose of our study was to examine the subsurf�ce soil and <br /> � ground water conditions at the site and to offer conciusions and <br /> preliminary recommendati.ons for site preparation, erosion control, <br /> ' foundation design, grading and drainage. The scope of our work was <br /> - � to investigate the subsurface conditions at the eite by excavating <br /> � backhoe test pits and to prepare a soils report. <br /> I <br /> � We understand that the existing property has been subdivided into <br /> � two (2) lots: a western lot and an eastern lot. The eastern lot, <br /> is adjacent to Rainier Drive and has an existing residence tbat <br /> Iwill remain. We also understand that the existinq garage, located <br /> in the northwestern section of the eastern lot, will 6e removed for <br /> Ithe proposed roadway access for the western lot.
