STTB DEBCRIPTION f The site is located on the west side of xainier Drive in Everett, ' Washington. The property has been subdivi6?d into two (2) lots. The eastern lot has an existing single-story house with daylight basement and an existing detached two (2) car garage. The existinq g� rage is located to the northwest of nn existing house. The western lot was vacant at the time of our visit. The topography of the eastern lot sloped down to the west at a gentle graa� within the existing driveway, from Rainier Drive, and sloped up slightly to the west to the existing house. The topography of the western lot was relatively flat. , The vegetation over the entire sit�e consisted of grass and �� deciduous and e•�ergreen trees. The presence of the trees on the , western lot limited backhoe access. , we noted a creek/drainage ditch along the western property line.
