The property has been subdivi6?d into two (2) lots. <br /> The eastern lot has an existing single-story house with daylight <br /> basement and an existing detached two (2) car garage. The existinq <br /> g� rage is located to the northwest of nn existing house. The <br /> western lot was vacant at the time of our visit. <br /> The topography of the eastern lot sloped down to the west at a <br /> gentle graa� within the existing driveway, from Rainier Drive, and <br /> sloped up slightly to the west to the existing house. The <br /> topography of the western lot was relatively flat. <br /> , The vegetation over the entire sit�e consisted of grass and <br /> �� deciduous and e•�ergreen trees.
