Because of <br /> the length of this seructure, it will not meet side yard setback. <br /> 2. Upgrade the other two single family structures until they meet or <br /> exceed the standard of the neighborhood. <br /> 3. Relocate the driveway ro ehe north side of thc property. <br /> Conclusions: <br /> 1.
