Each fiscal <br /> year, effective July 1, the fund amount is adjusted to reflect the number of sites affected by the CTR law in a <br /> jurisdiction and the allocation per site authorized by the legislature. Everett has thirty- four(34) affected <br /> sites. The 2006-2007 allocation is $1,335.92 per site. The amendment reflects the second year of the two- <br /> year agreement. The reimbursement amounts change from$49,236 for the period July 1 2005—June 30, <br /> 2006 to $45,421.38 for the period July 1, 2006 to June 30, 2007. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the Mayor to sign the First Amendment to Agreement GCA4579 with <br /> Washington State Department of Transportation for Commute Trip Reduction funding for the period July 1, <br /> 2006 to June 30, 2007. <br /> 23 <br />
