Staff has determined that this equipment has little or no market value and would not be <br /> suitable for public auction. <br /> Snohomish County PUD has expressed an interest in this equipment for their water operations and it is <br /> recommended that these items be transferred to them at no charge. <br /> The City's charter allows such transfers when they are in the public's best interest. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Declare ten (10) Hach turbidimeters surplus and authorize transfer to Snohomish County PUD. <br /> 20 <br />
