City s[aff are presently involved in formal abatement of these � <br /> atructures. <br /> A Building Official Notice and Order was issued requiring the rehabilitation <br /> or demolition of the structures within 90 days of June 22 or there would be a <br /> demolition resolution presented to City Council. <br /> Mr. McKee appealed the Notice and Order. City staff inet to review the <br /> situation and decided to grant an extension of 18 months from June 22, 1988 <br /> provided that Mr. McKee meet certain conditions as is indicated in a <br /> Supplemental Notice and Order which is ready for the Building Official and <br /> Planning Directc+r to sign.
