The required work was �o ue completed within ninety (90) <br /> � days from the receipt of the Notice. 'fhe Notice was received and you <br /> have, filed an appeal. <br /> II. Che City of Everett Building Official and Planning Director hereby <br /> issues this Supplemental Order which grants an extension of tUe <br /> Notice and Order, pursuant to Sec. 1402 of the Uniform Housing Code. <br /> III. The extension of the Notice and Order is for a period of eiphl-een <br /> (IS) months subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. At the end of t}�e first tltree �3) r�onths, September 22, 1988, a <br /> report shall be submitted to the Building Official and Planning <br /> Director. Tlie report shall conCain information from a Licensed <br /> contractor, a licensed electrical contractor and a licensed <br /> plumbing and nechanical contractor descriUing th�. necessary <br /> work to be conducted on the building in compiiance with <br /> Paragrapli IV of [his Supplemental Notice and Order; <br /> 2. Every six (6) months after tl�e initial three �3) months, you <br /> are required L•o submit a progress report to the Building <br /> Official and Planning Director. The progress report shall <br /> demonstrate tliat reasonable progress is being made to repair <br /> the buildi�g in compliance witli the current Suilding Code; <br /> 3. All required perinits for work to be done on the building shall <br /> be obtained before the work is commenced; <br />
