Since the building is uninhabitable in its present condition, <br /> it shall remain vacant until such time as it is repaired in <br /> accordance with the current Building Code or demolished; <br /> 5. All rehabilitation work is to be completed within the eighteen <br /> (18) month extension. <br /> IV. The building shall either be repaired in accordance with the current <br /> Building Code, or shall be demolished. <br /> V. Failure to comply with the required conditions set fortli in Paragraph <br /> III of this Order shall constitute a misdemeanor, and the Building <br /> Official and Planning Director may cause the owners to be prosecuted <br /> or may institute any appropriate action to abate such building. <br /> VI. Any person having any record title or legal interest in the building <br /> may appeal from this Supplemental Notice and Order to the Review <br /> Board. Such appeal must be in writing as is required in the Uniform <br /> Housing Code and filed with [he Building Official and Planning <br /> Director within �30) days from the date of service of this <br /> Supplemental No[ice and Order.
