This memo gives a history on the action taken by the c.ity in an atte:npt to abate a serious �ituation and make the neighborhood a safer place to live. Mr. McKee has not comp_'.ied with Urders issued to him on this property and all time frames stated in the Orders have long since expired. Our ir.tentin;�s at this time is to proceed with formal abatement by i�suing a Supplemental Notice and Urder on the structures and adhere to all legal time frames set forth in the Order . Also attached is a letter dated May 1, 1989, from Mr. McKee regarding his intentions for these huildings. I have also attached some reports on a building once owned by Mr. McKee and located at 2528 E. Grand. These reports, in the £orm of inemos and dated March 4, 7 and 14th, 1985, will give you an idea of our attempt to work with Mr. McKee and his unending lack of cooperation . Further background info is a letter from Mr. McKee and dated May 11 , 1977, on a structure located.-at 1115 Hoyt, which today is still setting vacant and in looks real bad from the outside. The garage at this address is falling. We will have to address this property in the very near future.
