In the meantime, Mr. McKee has not made any
substantial improvements to the buildings .
My recommendation is to issue a Supplemental Notice and
Order, to be iqned by Tim Tyler and you or Paul Roberts,
advising Mr. McKee that his failure to comply with the
subsequent Supplemental Notice and Order has resulted in a
Resolution for demolition oL the buildings to be submitted to
the Everett City Council on <a date after 30 days oY the date
signed . We will have to give him 30 days from the date of
the Order to appeal from the Order) .
I recommend that we hold firm to the 30 day appeal time and
submit a Resolution for adoption on the date specified in the
Order and not grant any further extensions to Mr. McKee on
this property.
As recent as Dec. 13, 1989, I received a complaint from
Councilman Ed Marrow which he in turn had received from
neiqhbors of these buildings .
Encl : 2 letters from Mr . McKee reqarding this matter .
cc: Paul Roberts
190M
