There is a lack of heating facilities. <br /> 5. There is a lack of weather protection on the interior and exterior of <br /> the structure. <br /> 6. The electrical wiring and service are more than 50 years old and <br /> considered inadequate, hazardous and substandard. <br /> 7. The structure is occ�ied. <br /> 8. The structure is a hazardous nuisance to the health, safety and <br /> welfare of the general public. <br /> 9. There is general dilapidation and improper mai�tenance of the <br /> structure. <br />
