Ps I came walking back, the postman came over to 1809 - 22nd and delivered mail to that address. The postman and I stopped to talk in front of 1807 - 23�d. I asked him if he was delivering mail to the houses we were in front of and he had ,just delivered mail to 1809 - 2�d and said he had been delivering mail at 1807 and 1809 for some time. He asked how long the City was going to let people live in these places. He said that saneone lived in both houses and he felt that he could not stop delivery of mail. I said by law he had to, and any action the City took on the houses had no bearing on his duties to deliver the mail. He mentioned seeing the owner of the places drive up in a fancy car and exit in a 3 piece suit. He asked what the owner was going to do with the houses.
