The structure is occupied. <br /> 9. The structure i.s hazardous to the health, safety and welfare of the <br /> general public. <br /> 10. Work is being condcted on the structure without the reauired building <br /> permits. <br /> 11. The electrical wiring and service is more than 50 years old and is <br /> considered substandard and hazaroous. <br /> . 12. There is a lack of weath�r protection for the structure. <br />
