He was qiven until M•ay <br /> 1 , 1989 to submit a written �eport. Failure to submit t:�e <br /> report would result in continued abatement of the buildings . <br /> May 2, 1989, another complaint was received regarding "bad <br /> looking structures and transients using them. " I advised the <br /> complainant of current action being taken . <br /> June 6, 1989, I received copies of a letter Mr. McKee �ent to <br /> Tim Tyler.
