In the meantime, Mr. McKee ha� not made any <br /> substantial improvements to the buildings . <br /> My recommendation is to issue a Supplemental Notice and <br /> Order, to be si�ned by 'Tim Tyler and you or Paul Roberts, <br /> advising Mr. McKee that his failure to comply with the <br /> subsequent Supplemental Notice and Order haa resulted in a <br /> Reaolution for demolition of the buildings to be submitted to <br /> the Everett City Council on (a date after 30 days of the date <br /> signed. We will have to give him 30 days from the date of <br /> the Order to appeal from the Order) . <br /> I recommend that we hold firm to the 30 day appeal time and <br /> �ubmit a Resolution for adoption on the date specified in the <br /> Order and not grant any further extensions to Mr. McKee on <br /> this property. <br /> As recent as D�c. 13, 1989, I received a complaint from <br /> Councilman Ed Marrow which he in turn had received from <br /> neighbors of these buildings . <br /> Encl : 2 letters from Mr. McKee regarding this matter. <br /> cc: Paul kobPrts <br /> 190M <br />
