Mr. McKee has not <br /> complied with Urders iss�ad to him on this property and all <br /> time frames stated in the Urders have long since expired. <br /> Our intentions at this time is to proceed ^ith formal <br /> abatement by issUing a Supplemental Notice and Urder on the <br /> structures and adhere to all legal time frames sc � forth in <br /> the Order. <br /> Also attached is a letter dated May 1, 1989, from Mr. McKee <br /> regarding his intentions for these buildinga. <br /> I have also attached some reports on a building once owned by <br /> Mr. McKee and located at 2528 E. Grand. These reports, in <br /> the £orm of inemos and dated March 4, 7 and 14th, 1985, will <br /> give you an idea of our attempt to work with Mr. McKee and <br /> his unending lack of cooperation. <br /> Further background info is a letter from Mr . McKee and dated <br /> May 11, 1377, on a structure located.�at 1115 Hoyt, which <br /> today is still setting varant and in looks real bad £rom the <br /> outside. The garage at this address is falling. We will <br /> have to address '`_his property in the very near future. <br />
