Who does what;
The City includes the Sewer construction in their:004 Sewer improvement project.
The City pays for design and administers the construction as part of their project.
The Schoo! District pays One-half of the cost to construct the new Sewer Main.
Payment shall be made following the award of the 2004 Sewer improvement project.
The School district grants the City an interim easement for any work to be done on the existing Main ( no record of existing
easement )
The City will N the existing North-South Main when the School project is substantial complete to ascertain if the old line
will be ok for the one year interim.
----•Original Mes^age-----
From: Jane Zimmerrnan
Sent: Tuesday, March 04, 2003 10:09 AM
To: KirY. &ooks; Paui McKee
Subject: FW: possible interlaal agreement with Everett School District
Hey guys -
all we gotta do now is answer some easy little questions....!
Jane
•••-•Original Message-----
From: Peter Camp
Sent: Tuesday, March 04, 2003 9:14 AM
To: Jane Zimmertnan
Subject: RE: possible interlo[al agreement with Everett Sthooi District
I like winlwin deals.
Instead of you cutting up a previous interlocal, why don't you write down the deal, i.e., the operationsl points. The
School District will do this, the City will do that. They will be renovating a
playfield in North Everett, this summer, in an area where we have some problem sewer lines. They have a couple
of viable options, one of which would be to our distinct advantage but which would be more expensive than their
other option. If we, the City, could share the costs of the project now, we could avoid the need for a sewer
i
