Who does what; The City includes the Sewer construction in their:004 Sewer improvement project. The City pays for design and administers the construction as part of their project. The Schoo! District pays One-half of the cost to construct the new Sewer Main. Payment shall be made following the award of the 2004 Sewer improvement project.
