Peter, <br />Tt�� scope of our agreement with the School district has change somewhat. Rather than the work being included in the <br />2004 Sewer project, the work will now be done by city forces (designed and installed) this summer. We will not be <br />inspecting the sewer to determine if it can last another /ear, so that will not need to be part of the agreement. The <br />School Districts payment of one half will now be collected when the Sewer department has determined what the actual <br />cost will be. It may be ok to state that their portion will not exceed $30,000. I will need to check with Jim Miller to see if <br />we want to state that. <br />Jim / Souheil, <br />Pleas�� provide assistance with " 3.
