The
School District will do this, the Ciry will do that. Email to me and I'll wrap it n the irtF ocal boilerplate and send it back
to you.
Points to make sure are covered:
Who is responsible for what design work?
Who is responsible for bidding and contracting?
Who is responsible for construction management?
What if there is a claim? They will be renovating a
plaeld in North Everett, this summer, in an area where we have some problerr sewer lines. They have a couple
of viable options, one of which would be to our distinct advantage but which would be more expensive than their
other option. If we, the City, could share the costs of the project now, we could avoid the need for a sewer
improvement scheduled for 2009.
2
/3
