Since this informaLion is requirod in conjunc- <br />tion with an applieation for a building permit, it should requirc no additional work <br />by the developer, <br />St should be er..phasized that we are requesting this information in the interests of <br />the developer as well as those of the City: it should help considerably to limit <br />the tiRe needed to gather additional informat:ion durinq checklist reviev and wi11 <br />theiefore speed up our review ef each well defined procosal. <br />The following information should be provided: <br />1. Exact location of Proposal: Either a legal descripcicn, vicinitr map, <br />or a site plan as indicated below showing adjacent land uses, location <br />of property boundaries and size of parcel to be develooed. <br />2. A Site Plan: at least a Preliminary Site Plan (14" x 1D") showing nro- <br />posed access, parking, square footage, number of stories and location <br />of structures on the site, general type of construction and basic inter- <br />nal vehicle/pe3astrian circulation system. <br />3. Describe physical settina of the proposal (i.e., vacant and wooded �:i.th <br />Cedar and Fir; vacant, previously filled site; two dil-apidated singlc <br />family houses on sitc; etc.) <br />4. 7dentif:y any proposed modification or alteration o£ the existin9 site <br />and any existing facilities which may be present including: elimination <br />of trees; demolition of structures; changes in existing drainage, sewers, <br />streets, etc.; or chanqes in the current land use. <br />The altached siCe plan for the Olson's Thriftway-Silver Lakc Exp�nsion is a <br />good example of a useful site plan. <br />Experience has shoa�n that omission of this in�ori^ation often results in unnecessary <br />delays cor tl�e applicant. Be concise. <br />A copy oE the Pinal decision on the Environmental Checklist 3ev±ew will 6e mailed <br />to the proponent listed in the checklist.
