The following factors were considerec. prior to making a preliminary decision on <br />this proposal. <br />1. The site is zoned B-3, Central Business Zone. <br />2: Parking will be provided on the adjacent property to the south (lots 27 and 28 blk. 611) by <br />lease agreement with the First Congregational Church. Ten on site parking stalls are also <br />provided. <br />3. <br />4. <br />5. <br />6. <br />S:reet improvements currently exist on Rockefeller and 26th but sidewalks may need <br />repair.
