Checklist I�81/33 <br />� <br />_ ,1 ) I �r` _. <br />� , <br />F,rl; _ <br />( , , � r V F�I�.TT <br />CITV OF EVERE��, �VE i VP1 HI G ON <br />?lanning �eYt• <br />PROPOSAL: <br />Construction of 12,000 sq. ft. building for central office teleptione exchange <br />at southwest corner of 26th and Rockefeller. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />It is the recommendation of the Public Works Department that issuance <br />of a Negative Declaration be subject to the following: <br />1. A detailed drawing shall be submitted to the Public Works Department <br />showing parking layout, landscaping, driveways, utilities, storm drainage, <br />and all required improvements to the public right-of-way. Public Works <br />Departnient approval of these drawings is required before any permits <br />are issued. All improvements shall be completed before the Occupancy <br />Permit is issued. <br />2. City streets are to be kept clear af dirt and debris during construction. <br />3. During construction, all truck traffic to and from the site within thz <br />City of Everett shall be on arterial streets unless otherwise approved <br />by the Public Works Department. <br />4. Participation in the cost to fund the North End Sanitary Sewer installation <br />is required. The approximate cost based on the preliminary information <br />provided is $1,944.00, a� of 4/23/81. The actual cost shall be computed <br />by the Building Department per the ordinance in effect at the time and <br />according to the information provided on the approved plans on the date <br />of permit issuance. <br />5. Water service must be designed to provide for adequate fire protection. <br />Fire flows must meet with City Fire Marshal's approval, based on proposed <br />building design. <br />6. Six-inch sanitary sewer main in alley west of Rockefeller must be extended <br />to serve this site. Sewer extension must be 8", as required by current <br />City development standards. <br />7. All sidewalk across frontage on Rockefeller must be removed and replaced. <br />8. Wheel chair ramps must be installed at intersection. <br />9. Verification must be provided that proposed �ise of First Congregational <br />parking lot will not conflict with church use. Parking design must be <br />approved by City Traffic Engineer. <br />AMEND CHECKLIST AS FOLLOWS: <br />II-13 a, c, d and f- change toyes. <br />INFORMATION FOR DEVELOPER: <br />1.
