During the course of resolvIng these iterns, <br />ieel free to call on us for any assistance we can provide. <br />1. DRIVEWAYS - <br />a. All will be Type "D" Alt. 2. <br />b. Two drivew•ays are sho�vn on sidewalk �vith no rclated drives; <br />this is not normally allowed. <br />c. Driven�ays subject to load lfmits heavier than normal u�ill requir� <br />additional thtckness. <br />2. SIDER'ALKS - All work in Yhe related projects (including duct work) shall be in <br />accordance W�ith City of Everett standards for side«•alks. <br />a. Concrete will be placed on compacted subgrade. <br />b. Concret� shall be 4" for sidewalks and 6" for driveways. <br />c. Wheelchair ramps wfll be provided at the intersection of each <br />street crossing of the conduit, approxlmately 16, per the revieu <br />plan. Installation will Ue In accordancc with W'.A.C. Chap2cr <br />236-60. <br />d. Indtcate Iocatlons on the plans. <br />3. TRENCHING FOR �UCTING <br />a. Trenching in the roadway will tx conducted only during the <br />hours set by the Clty Traffic Engineer. Prcliminary hours <br />ior wo: k are to be sclieduled no earlier than 8:30 u.m. and <br />no late� than 3:30 p.m. During these hours, the contractor <br />may close half of the street. The rematning portion of the <br />street shall be adequate to convey traffic with the least inter- <br />ruption possible. Traffic control will be in accordance witli <br />the M.U.I'.C.D. as adopted by the Washtngton Transportatlon <br />Committee. Exciuding these hours, no ec,uipment wlll be allo�ved <br />to worl< in the roadway. <br />
