WATER - indicate size and location of ���ater services. <br />5. RIGHT-OF-K`AY - No private utilitles or equipment is allowed in the right-of-way, <br />l.e, 4" sewer lines on the N.W. corner of the building, ali piping. <br />6. PARKING - 3�} <br />a. Presently, as many as �t veliicles are parked daily on the construction <br />site; provide informat3on indlcating how these vehides will <br />impact the parking requIrement of the proposed building. <br />b. Provlde landscaped parking delineators on cach corner as shown <br />on the review plan. <br />c. Wheel stops on the south property line stiall be arranged to <br />llmit thc veliides irom crossing property lfne. <br />d. Provide an exii only sign at the Rockefeller Street access. <br />e. Secure wheel stops �vith an epoxy �rout. <br />7. STORM 1i�ATE� SYSTEM <br />a. Parking lot, Rockefeller side, how does the basin connect to <br />the public system. <br />b. Connect all downspouts to the storm water system. <br />c. Oil separators are required at each catcl� basin that emptles <br />into the public system. <br />S. SANITARY SEWER S1'ST[il <br />a. Install a Type I manho!e with eccentric top at the end of the <br />sewer run, as shown. [ndicatc all pipe in the rlght-of-�uay <br />wlll be concrete.
