Building Co. <br />2631 Rockefeller <br />Everett, WA 98201 <br />Dear Sir: <br />We request your approval of a driveway on Rockefeller to our <br />parking area rather than the present purposed driveway on Everett <br />Avenue on the above property. <br />With the installation of traffic lights on Everett Avenue and <br />Rockefeller, the heavy commercial L-raffic no longer makes the <br />Everett Avenue the proper entrance to our parking area. <br />I know you will agree the safety of peoples lives are more impor- <br />tant than a couple of on street parking spaces, so I am asking for <br />your approval of this request to change the entrance to our parking <br />space.
