Corner Rockefeller <br />and Everett Avenue <br />Dear Jamie, <br />We have had an opportunity to review the Plans submitted and would offer <br />these comments for your consideration: <br />1. city Code requires access from the alley instead of the Public <br />streets when allays are available. <br />2. A S.E.P.A. checklist for this site would require access from <br />the alley, removal and replacement of existing driveway cuts <br />on Rockefeller and Everett Avenues, installation of wheelchair ramps <br />on both sides of Rockefeller and both sides of Everett Avenue. <br />3. Further S.E.P.A. requirements would involve restricting perpendicular alley <br />parking so that the first parking stall would begin 20 feet from the back <br />edge of the sidewalk. <br />4. ordinance 555-78 requires a 24 foot wide asphalt alley improvement <br />aribtting the development including a catch basin on the south erd of <br />the alley. <br />5. Compliance with the Drainage and Landscape Code <br />I hope this information is helpful to you in preparing the final proposal.
