WRSNINGTON <br />Dear Mr. Tonnes: 98=0, <br />The City of Everett Building Inspection Division received a complaint <br />concerning the needed repairs of the structure you own at 2707 Rockefeller. <br />As a result of the comp?aint, an inspection of the structure was conducted. <br />The inspection revealed several deficiencies which may be deerned detrimental <br />to the occvpants or the public, as defined in the Uniform Housing Code. These <br />conditions may be considered sufficient to declare the building to be <br />substandard and/or a dangerous building. <br />Sane of the deficiencies noted are listed on page two of this letter. The <br />deficiencies are sufficient to cause the building to be posted "Illegal to <br />Occupy." Since the building is iminhabitable in its present conditicn, it <br />shall be vacated and remain vacant until such time as the building is repaired <br />in accordance with the curtent Building Code or demolisned. <br />Your irmnediate attention is necessary to renedy these conditions.
