The pl�nnbing syste�n is leaking and creating dampness in habitable rooms. <br />2. General dilapidation and improper mair.tenance. <br />3. Front and back porches are rotted. <br />4. 'Ihe bathroom floor on the first floor is rotted and considered dangerous. <br />5. Stagnant water accumulates in the basement area due to leaks in the <br />plunbing system. <br />6. Wiring is old, frayed and dangerous. <br />7. You have to walk through water and stand in water to get to the electrical <br />service box. <br />8. Floor supports have dislodged from their base and no longer support the <br />floor system with safety. <br />9. The structure has wood rot within its foimdation. <br />10. Windows are broken and some windows are ready to fall from their frames <br />because of rotted sashes. <br />11.
