January 19, 1964 <br />Board of County Commissioners <br />:nohomish County <br />i.verett, 'dashington <br />Gentlemen: <br />This is to inform you that your application, #2072, for <br />permission to remove the sidewalk and construct a 6—inch <br />P.C. concrete addition to driveway, remove existing driveway <br />and provide new curb and gutter and to construct P.C. concrete <br />sidewalk, all in areas shown on sketch, has been approved by <br />the City Council. A copy of the sketch showing the approved <br />work is enclosed. All work must conform to this sketch. <br />This permit is valid for a period of 60 days.
