BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />FINDINGS, CONCLUSIONS AND ORDER <br />VARIANCE #7-97 <br />Based upon the writtcn request for a variance from the City's Zoning Code by: <br />Applicant: Don Rider <br />12111 33rd Drive SL- <br />Everett, WA 98203 <br />hereinafter referred to as "Applicant," for a variance from Section 14 of the City's Zoning <br />Code Use Standards Table special regulation # 6 which limits the area of accessory buildings <br />to a maximum of 10% of the lotal lot area and restricts die maximum rear yard area coverage <br />to 50% for accessory structures. The applicant is proposing to construct a 1,064 square foot <br />carport along the rear property line abutting the alley.
