a. �F ndines: Thc subjecl property is a 45' x 120' lot localed in a multiplc family <br />zone. The 10% limitation for accessory buildings in the multiple family zones <br />would only allow for a 540 sq.ft. catport or garage, while the same lot in a single <br />family zone would be allowed an 810 sq.ft. carport or garage.
