I understand that <br />there is a ceiling height requirement of 7' 6". <br />I am asking that I be allowed to convert the existing space into a <br />studio apartment. The addition of the studio apartment would be <br />allowable within the building zone. <br />I would like to hear from you as soon as possible. <br />
