Goldberg: <br />This is in response to your request for a deviation in minimum ceiling height for a studio <br />apartment at the above referenced property. The proposed 7'-2" height will be <br />acceptable contingent upon a review of the construction plans. This review will be a <br />normal part of the submittal process for a building permit. <br />Compens�:tory measures may be required to maintain the minimum level of life/safety as <br />set forth in the Uniform Building Code.
