Findings: The requested variance from side yard setback and <br />accessory building lot coverage is needed in order to <br />construct the addition and continue along the wall line of the <br />existing garage which was built in 1912. <br />b. ranrinminnm- The need for the requested variance is not the <br />result of a self-created hardship. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Adjustment of the City of Everett does <br />hereby order that the variance as requested by the applicant be <br />GRANTED to allow for a 105 square foot addition to the existing <br />garage and allow the addition to continue along the existing garage <br />wall providing only a 4 inch setback from the north side property <br />line. <br />The action of the Board of Adjustment in GRANTING a variance shall <br />be final and conclusive, unless within thirty (30) days from the <br />date of issuance and signing of this order by the Chairman of the <br />Board, an aggrieved person or persons obtains a writ of certiorari <br />from the Superior Court of Washington for Snohomish County for the <br />purpose of review of the action taken. <br />DATED this 7th day of February, 1992. <br />airm Board o 3 stment <br />Notes to Applicant: <br />1. If a building permit is not obtained within one year from the <br />above date, the Board of Adjustment's decision shall cease to <br />be effective, Prior to the expiration date, a written request <br />for a six-month extension may be submitted to the Planning <br />Director. <br />2. A copy of this order must be submitted by the Applicant when <br />applying for building permits. <br />
