R-10 insulation has been added to the drawings, and <br />is prot��cted fr�m exposure and impact by flashing. <br />We have added addiHonal note on A-2.1 m provide a 3' clearance at the stairs. <br />Handrail indicated as continuous on A-2.7 <br />All French doors are menufactured with safety glass. Doors for showers am not specified <br />on this project All IocaHons for glazing within 24" <br />]uliet balcony guardrail is shop welded with brackets for bolting m framing or solid <br />backing. No Flashing has been required on this type of installation on past projects. We <br />have further rcvised detail on A-4.1. <br />Revised on S-I.1. The owner has elected to insta112x's on the flat with'h" gypsum board over the inlerior of the <br />concrete walls.
