NARRATIVE STATEMENTS <br />Subject property has existing residence built to property line on <br />south side of residence. <br />2. There is a great need for this variance so that an enclosed <br />entry—aay and better looking and simpler roof line can be <br />constructed. <br />3. This variance will not interfere with any other personal property. <br />Adjoining property is an unused city street aith only a small <br />gravelled ailey 30' from the property line. <br />4. This variance will have no effect on anything, other than to <br />improve the look and living comforts of a single duelling home. <br />
