Roy McCutchen, the applicant, had no comments to add to the staFf <br />repori. <br />p;�1 White, �024 Rockefeller, a neighbor, stated that he has nothing ag;�inst <br />the ca�iance rNquest so lon� as it does not cause the abandonment of Baker <br />Street. He doesn't want Baker Street to be abandoned or blocked off. In <br />response, Pearl Maddy explained that if anyone ever requested a vacatiun of <br />the street it would require signatures of 75°: of the property owners abutting <br />the street and would have to be approved by the City Council. This v.u�iauce <br />would have no effect or influence on a street vacation proposal. <br />Motion: Marie Sullivan offered a motion tu grant the variance as <br />recommended by Staff, subject to obtaining the requic•ed buil�ling <br />permit. C.J. Ebert seconded the motion. <br />Vote: linanimnus in favor of granting the variance. <br />
