0 <br />Findtng; There Here no adverse comments from other City departments <br />regarding this Varianee request. The Baker Street right-of-way, <br />which the property abuts, is used only as a gravel alley 30 feet from <br />the Applicant's property line and the Public Works Dept. expressed no <br />concerns aDout improving the right-of-rray. <br />Conelusion: The addition will not impaet any other residential <br />structures. Granting of this Variance will not be in,]urious to other <br />property in this vlclnity and zone. <br />4. That the granting of such variance will not adversely affect the <br />Comprehensive General Plan. <br />Finding: The Comprehensive Plan designates this area as Single <br />Family Re�idential. <br />Conclusion: The requested variance does not confliet xith the <br />policies of the Comprehensive Plan. <br />NOW, THER6FORE� the Board of Adjustment of the City of Everett doea <br />hereDy order that the varianee to allow a 56-square-foot addition built to <br />zero lot line rather than the five foot setbaek required by Code be GRANTED <br />and further require the applicant to meet the folloxing conditions. <br />1.
