Finding: There werz no adverse comments from other City departments <br />regarding this Variance request. The Baker Street right-of-xay, <br />which the property abuts, is used only as a gravel alley 3� feet from <br />the Applicant's property line and the Public Works Dept. e>�pressed no <br />concerns about improving the right-of-way. <br />I <br />Conclusion: The addition will not impact any other residential <br />structures. Granting of this Variance will not be injurious to other <br />property in this vicinity and zone. <br />4. That the granting of such variance Nill not adversely affect the <br />Comprehensive General P3an. <br />Finding: The Cumprehensive Plan desig�ates this area as Single <br />Family Residential. <br />Conclusion: The requested variance does not conflict with the <br />policies of the Compreh.ens7ve Plan. <br />NOM, THEAEFORE, the Hoard of Adjustment of the City of Everett does <br />hereby order that the variance to allow a 56-square-foot addition built to <br />zero lot line rather than the f?ve fooC setback required by Code be GRANTED <br />and further require the applicant to meet the folloWinR conditiona. <br />1.
