It is something that we inherited from the County when this was annexed. <br />Our inspector has been having discussions with them and the Fish and wildlife department about their seasonal limits and <br />the work they are doing. Some of the proceeding are shut down till spring. Snohomish County records show Rosewood Park Development as the owner. Is this covered under <br />some umbrella permit?
