(BMPs) are functioning properly: <br />• Beginning.October 1, 2006, you mustuse a Cued Erosion and Sediment -Control. Lead <br />(CESCL) to do: inspections of Your site. Ecology maintains a list of training classes.to <br />obtain CESCL certification. Ecology has a list of CESCL training courseq. on its website. <br />• Refer to Condition S4 (pages 10-12) for more information. <br />Sampling and Aruilysist•.. _.. <br />. `. Begging October l; 2006 - sites five acres and greater must sample stdri,rfwater.discharge.s <br />for: turbidity'using aturbidity meter. <br />• Beginning October 1, 2006, sites one acre and greater must sample stormwateer dischzarges <br />for pH, if the proj ect involves engineered- soils (cement kiln. dust, etc.) or over 1000 ydss of <br />poured or recycled concrete: <br />•+ Beginning October 1, 2008, sites less than five acres must sample their stormwater <br />discharges for turbidity using a turbidity meter or transparency tube. <br />
