Because the project is within lhe jurisdiction area of lhe Everetl Shoreline <br />Master Program, a Shoreline Management Substantial Development Permit (ShorPline <br />Permit) is aiso required. <br />A hearing was held before the Hearing Examiner of the City of Everett on September <br />16, 2004.
