"Flagpole Warehouse" brochure <br />12(a) Lighting information <br />All of ihe exhibits are available for inspection at the Hearing Examiner's Office located at <br />2930 Wetmore Avenue, 8th iloor, Everett, Washington. <br />After due consideration of the testimony and evidence presenied by the Applicant and <br />testimony and evidence eliciled during the public hearing, the following Findings of Fact <br />and Conclusions constitute lhe basis of the decision o( the Evereit Hearing Examiner. <br />In drafting the findings for the decision on the Special Property Use Pennit and the <br />Shoreline Perrnit, the following gener�al findings o( fact are applicable to both permits. <br />The findings applicable to eacli of Uie permits will be addressed later in this docurnent. <br />FINDINGS OF F.4CT <br />GENEFtAL <br />The Applicant requested approval of �� Special Properly Use Permit to install a <br />150-foot lall ilagpole wilh an attached wireless antenna and lo construct a 12- <br />foot by 26-foot equipmenl building on property located at 1871 Ross Avenue, <br />Everett, Washington. Because the subject property is located within the <br />jurisdictional limits of the Everett Shoreline Master Program (City Ordinance No. <br />260G-02), the Applicant must also secure a Shoreline Permit. (exhibits 1& 2, <br />Tyler testimony) <br />2. The subjecl property, 1871 Ross Avenue, is the location of the Dagmar dry dock <br />marina. It is the intent of the Applicant to consirucl the 150-foot iall flagpole <br />which would also serve as a cellular pole on the Dagmar property. <br />(exhibits 1 & 2) <br />The subject property is zoned M-2, Urban Flood Fringe District Overlay. As <br />noted, the property has an exisiing dry dock marina and irailer sales facility. The <br />properlies surrounding the subject property are all zoned M-2, iJrban Flood <br />Fringe District Overlay. The properties to the north and south are vacant, while <br />the property to the east is the Interstate 5 ireeway. Tlie property io the west is <br />vacant and has some agricultural uses. It has a shoreline designaiion of Urban, <br />fNixed-Use Industrial. (exhibits 1 & 2) <br />
