A buildirig permit will be required in order to insiall the proposed antern�a and ihe <br />equipment building. <br />The facility shall be designed and constructed to allow co-location of at least two <br />additional wireless service providers. Fulure wireless antennas at this location <br />shall be reviewed using Review Process I, provided that all such antennas are <br />concealed. <br />Conditions for the Shoreline Permit <br />The proposed project shall meet the policies and regulations of the City of Everelt <br />Shoreline Master Program. <br />Construction or subslantial progress toward construction of the project must be <br />undertaken within two years after final approval of the permit, and completed within <br />five years. If the project has not been completed in this time span, ihe permit will be <br />reviewed by the Planning Department who will do one of following: extend the permil <br />for one year, or terminate the permit. <br />The Applicant shall make a voluntary contribution towards on-site public access <br />improvemPnts. The amount of contribution shall be a minimum of 2% of the value of <br />construcGan of the proposed projecl and paid lo the City of Everett. <br />7. All shoreline development shail comply wilh the City's noise ordinance (EMC 20.08), <br />both during and after construclion. <br />S. The Applicani shall immediately stop work and notify the City and the Tulalip Tribes if <br />anything of possible archaeoloyical interest is uncovered during excavations or <br />development. The Applicant shall then consult with a professional archaeologist who <br />shall inspect and evaluate the site. Failure to comply with ihis requiremeni shall be <br />considered a violation of the Shoreline Permit. <br />The Applicant shall comply with the conditions in SPU�t03-014. <br />10. The ilag pole can only display the flag of governmenl or noncommercial instituiions. <br />No advertising is allow�d on the pole. <br />11. The proposed development shall cornply with EMC 19.30. This requires completing <br />lhe Flood Elevation Certificate application process. <br />� `� <br />
