A buildirig permit will be required in order to insiall the proposed antern�a and ihe equipment building. The facility shall be designed and constructed to allow co-location of at least two additional wireless service providers. Fulure wireless antennas at this location shall be reviewed using Review Process I, provided that all such antennas are concealed. Conditions for the Shoreline Permit The proposed project shall meet the policies and regulations of the City of Everelt Shoreline Master Program. Construction or subslantial progress toward construction of the project must be undertaken within two years after final approval of the permit, and completed within five years. If the project has not been completed in this time span, ihe permit will be reviewed by the Planning Department who will do one of following: extend the permil for one year, or terminate the permit. The Applicant shall make a voluntary contribution towards on-site public access improvemPnts. The amount of contribution shall be a minimum of 2% of the value of construcGan of the proposed projecl and paid lo the City of Everett. 7. All shoreline development shail comply wilh the City's noise ordinance (EMC 20.08), both during and after construclion. S. The Applicani shall immediately stop work and notify the City and the Tulalip Tribes if anything of possible archaeoloyical interest is uncovered during excavations or development. The Applicant shall then consult with a professional archaeologist who shall inspect and evaluate the site. Failure to comply with ihis requiremeni shall be considered a violation of the Shoreline Permit. The Applicant shall comply with the conditions in SPU�t03-014. 10. The ilag pole can only display the flag of governmenl or noncommercial instituiions. No advertising is allow�d on the pole. 11. The proposed development shall cornply with EMC 19.30. This requires completing lhe Flood Elevation Certificate application process. � `�
