11. On -site water main will be staked within an easement to the City. The easement <br />will be submitted to the City prior to issuance of permits. <br />12. As builts of storm sewer and water systems will be required to be submitted per <br />City Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for Development. <br />13. Proof of approval from the Snohomish Health District is required for the sewage <br />disposal method or a letter from the District indicating the District's lack of review <br />authority shall be submitted to the City. <br />14. All exposed ground must be reseeded within 30 days of the completion of <br />construction. If reseeding is not practical due to weather or seasonal problems, <br />the ground must be covered with mulch as directed by the City Engineer. <br />15. Temporary erosion control measures for construction activity must be operational <br />prior to commencement of any clearing or earth work. <br />16. Prior to any construction activity, the Applicant must secure approval of a <br />drainage report. The City of Everett has authority to approve and condition all <br />drainage activity. <br />17. If there is a disturbance of more than an acre of lano, a Construction Stormwater <br />General Permit, administered by the Washington Department of Ecology, will be <br />required for the project. An Industrial Stormwater General Permit to discharge storm water associated <br />with industrial activity may also be required for this project. This permit is <br />administered by the Washington Department of Ecology. Additional information <br />and an application form are available at <br />www.ecy.wa.gov/procliailis/wq/storiiiwater/industrial/. <br />If an Industrial Stormwater General Permit is not required for this project, or if <br />there will be paved areas on the site that are not covered by the industrial permit, <br />the runoff from those areas shall be treated in accordance with City standards. <br />19. City standards require treatment of storm water runoff from hydraulically - <br />connected pavement prior to discharge of the storm water from the site. This <br />condition also applies to all discharges to a stream, wetland, or underground <br />infiltration system. <br />20. Storm water treatment will be required if 5,000 square feet or more of <br />hydraulically -connected pavement is created and/or redeveloped by a project. <br />13 <br />
