Uust generated during r.onstruction of tne facility <br />can be controlled by wetting those dust sources such as areas of <br />exposed soils, washiu�i truck wheels before they leave the site, <br />and installiny and m�intaining gravel wnstruction entrances. <br />Construction vehicle track-out is also a major dust source. Any <br />evidence of track-out can trigger violations and fines from the <br />Department of Ecology or the Puget Sound Air Pollution Control <br />Agency. <br />9. A permit is required from the Snohomish Health District for the <br />installation and operation oE an on-site holding tank. <br />10. If at lenst fifty percent of the wood waste ot the loadinq facil- <br />• ity is not recycled ln three years, or any original material re- <br />mains on site for more than five ye�rs, the facility will be sub- <br />ject to Snoho�oish Iiealth Uistrict solid waste permit <br />requirements. <br />11. If ground water, surface water, air and/or land contamination oc- <br />curs, the proponent shall nromptly correct these problems. If <br />this should occur, the facility may also become subject to Ilealth <br />District regulations, and a Ilealtli District Permit may be needed. <br />12. Fire Department requirements are as Lollows: <br />a. FIRE �LOW - UniCorm Pire Code standard minLmum is 1,500 <br />GPM. .�n existing hydrant on the r.oad outside the property <br />can supply a maximum oE 50o GPt4.
