INFOFiMATION FOR UEVELOPIR: <br />1. Detailed drawings in accordance with �ity Uesign and construction <br />Standards shall be submitted to the Public Works Department <br />showing site parking layout, landscaping, utilities, storm drain- <br />age, and temporary construction erosion control. Public Works <br />Department ap�roval of these drawings is required prior to any <br />permits being issued. T11 improvements shall be completed, ap- <br />proved, and warr�nted before the occupancy Permit is issued. <br />2. CLty streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all tines <br />ducing construr.tion. Uust supprecs.ion and street cleaning must <br />occur as directed by the Public Work> Inspector. <br />9. An LID covenant for Cuture improvements to Ross Avenue is re- <br />quired prior to issuance of Public Works permitc. <br />4. Landscaping shall be provided per Table 4G-1 and 5ection <br />75.050(C) of the 2oning Code as follows: <br />a. Type IZI landscaping a minimum of five feet in width along <br />the east and �aest side property lines. <br />b. Type III landscaping a minimum oP ten Leet in width along <br />the north front property line. <br />5. Prior to issunnce o[ any permits, landscaping plans mu�t be re- <br />viewed and approved by the Planning Uepartment per Section 75.100 <br />of the Zoning Code. 'Phe landscapinq plan must show location of <br />� grassy swales, rockeries and retaining walls, an�3 grades. <br />A twn year maintenance assurance device must be provided for the <br />landscaping per Section 75.130(B) of the 'Loning Code. <br />G. Par.king must be per City Zoning Code and City Uesi9n ond Con- <br />stcuction Standards. one spnce Eor each employee on the mnximum <br />shift is required. <br />7. 'Phe Police Department has the following security recommendattons: <br />a. The perimeter door:; should 6e solid core or metals with dou- <br />ble cylinder deadbolts installed.
