SECTION II: SITE ASSESSMENT <br /> Based on the site reconnaissance and the available topography we have the following info: <br /> • Topography: The topography of the site shows a 9 to 11-ft fall to the northeast. Refer to <br /> the grading plan for more details. <br /> • Drainage: The site contains two existing drainage basins. The western portion of the <br /> site currently drains toward the west to SR-99 (Evergreen Way). The eastern portion of <br /> the site drains towards the northwest. <br /> • Soils: Per SCC survey of Snohomish County,the project site contains Alderwood <br /> Urban Land Complex 2 to 8 percent.
