2010 CITY OF EVERETT MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS SUMMARY <br /> MR : MINIMUM REQUIREMENT <br /> SSP : STORMWATER SITE PLAN <br /> MR#1 PREPARATION OF STORMWATER SITE PLAN: <br /> Stormwater site plan follows Volume 1, Chapter 3 of City of Everett Stormwater <br /> Management Manual. <br /> MR#2 CONSTRUCTION OF STORMWATER POLLUTION PREVENTION <br /> PLAN (SWPPP): <br /> Refer to section IV for SWPPP. <br /> MR#3 SOURCE CONTROL OF POLLUTION: <br /> Onsite BMP's will be used to minimize the source pollutant sources that include <br /> parts/vehicle cleaning, spills/leaks of fuel and other liquids, replacement of liquids, outdoor <br /> storage of batteries/liquids/parts, and vehicle parking. <br /> MR#4 PRESERVATION OF NATURAL DRAINAGE SYSTEMS AND <br /> OUTFALLS: <br /> The developed site drainage will be connected towards existing storm water system along <br /> SR-99 (Evergreen Way). <br /> MR#5 ONSITE STORMWATER MANAGEMENT: Drainage from the developed site <br /> will be collected via catch basins and directed to an on-site detention vault through a closed <br /> pipe system. <br /> MR#6 RUNOFF TREATMENT Runoff treatment would be obtained by the use of a 6x9 <br /> Perk Filter Vault with 9— 12"/18" cartridges manufactured by Oldcastle Stormwater <br /> Solutions located downstream of the detention vault and pump system per the City of <br /> Everett requirements. <br /> MR#7 FLOW CONTROL: A 112'x 69.34'x 10.29' underground vault located <br /> underneath the parking area near the northeast portion of the site is proposed to meet the <br /> flow control requirements conforming to the City of Everett requirements. The detention <br /> vault was sized using Western Washington Hydrology Model V 3.0 (WWHM). <br /> MR #8 WETLANDS PROTECTION: There are no wetlands on or near to the site. <br /> MR #9 OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE: Refer to section VIII.
